Art Basel Miami Beach 2026 Concierge
Art by day. Miami by night.
Art Basel Miami Beach returns December 4–6, 2026. Build your visit around the art, the people and the places you want to experience. Heritage Concierge coordinates your stay, transport, yacht time and evening plans through one dedicated point of contact.
Yacht charters during Art Basel week
Make room between exhibitions for a private afternoon on the water or a gathering with friends and clients. Share your date, guest count and preferred atmosphere, and we will source suitable yacht options from Miami Beach Marina and Biscayne Bay and coordinate the details, subject to availability.
Chauffeurs and exotic cars
Move between Miami Beach, the Design District and your evening reservations with transport planned around your itinerary. Choose a chauffeur for a full schedule or an exotic car for your stay, with options confirmed against your dates and requirements.
Villas and penthouse stays
Find a Miami base that suits the way you travel: a quiet retreat, room to host, or proximity to the fair and the places on your list. We source villa and penthouse options around your group size, preferred neighborhood and budget.
Dinner reservations and nightlife tables
Carry the conversation from the gallery to a thoughtful dinner, then into the evening. Tell us your dining preferences and the atmosphere you enjoy, and we will explore reservations and nightlife table options, with access and terms confirmed individually.
Private jet arrivals
Bring your arrival and onward plans into one itinerary. We coordinate private jet charter requests with charter providers and arrange ground transfers around confirmed flight details.
Plan ahead
Art Week is one of the busiest weeks of the year in Miami. Share your dates early to give us more time to secure stays, yachts and reservations. Availability, minimum spends, pricing and cancellation terms are always confirmed before you commit.
Your Art Week questions
Can Heritage arrange my entire visit? Yes. We can coordinate accommodation, transport, yacht charters and dining around one itinerary, or help with a single request. Start with your travel dates, guest count and priorities.
Can you guarantee Art Basel VIP access or private party invitations? No. Fair admission, invitation-only events and private parties have their own eligibility and access rules. We can discuss your plans and explore suitable options, but no access is guaranteed. Heritage Concierge is an independent service and is not affiliated with Art Basel.
What should I send when I inquire? Your dates, number of guests, the services you need and an approximate budget. Add preferred neighborhoods, dining preferences or special occasions so we can shape the right proposal.
Tell us what you have in mind and Heritage will handle the next steps. Request availability below or WhatsApp us at +1 331 210 2298.
